If your serial number/CD Key is in the form SPCXL20-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX where "X" is any number or uppercase letter then download SPC XL version 20. If your serial number is in the form SX-XXXX-XXXXXX ("SX-" followed by four numbers then a dash and six numbers) then download SPC XL 2010. SPC XL version 20 was released in Jan 2021. If you purchased SPC XL prior to 2021 then you most likely need to download SPC XL 2010 (scroll down on this page under Deprecated Software).
