How to Find Your Serial Number

Your serial number (also called a CD Key) is required to activate SigmaZone software. Here are four ways to locate it.

Method 1: Check the Product's About Screen

If the software is still installed, open the application and select About from the product's menu. The serial number will be displayed along with your name and company.

  • Quantum XL: Quantum XL ribbon tab → About Quantum XL
  • SPC XL: SPC XL → About SPC XL
  • DOE Pro XL: DOE Pro → About DOE Pro

Method 2: Check the CD Packaging

If you purchased a CD copy of the product (as opposed to a download) then look on the back of the CD Packaging. The serial number should be displayed. Typically it is two or three letters, followed by the version number, and then 9 to 20 digits — for example: QXL17-1234-1234-1234-1234.

Method 3: Check Your Purchase Confirmation Email

If you purchased online, your serial number was included in the order confirmation email. Search your inbox for emails from SigmaZone around the time of purchase.

Method 4: Contact Your IT or Purchasing Department

If your purchase was handled through corporate IT or a purchasing office, contact them to obtain your serial number.
